Started off excited, was told usage would be free to start, which made it easy to jump in and give it a shot. The concept is nice, but the execution let me down fast. There were no clear disclosures around invoicing or what would be charged, so that was a frustrating surprise! Communication throughout was pretty much nonexistent, during the whole experience and even after. Just silence. Ended up uninstalling. Cool idea, but needs a lot of work on transparency and actually supporting your users. After reading the reviews this happened to another business

Installation was super easy and the team was really helpful with any questions/requests I had. Overall the app seems to be performing well increasing the likelihood to purchase pretty significantly. I was surprised by how quickly our customers began sending out polls and making purchases. The app quickly pays for itself.

I got a call from one of their sales reps, Kevin, who helped me schedule a demo. We installed the app the same day, and I've been keeping an eye on referrals and sales for a few weeks now. I’m excited to see we’ve already made our first referral sale! The installation was super quick and easy, all thanks to their fantastic support team. The best part?
