Pretty simple interface, and was able to create my first popup in about 30 minutes (I had to create a couple JPG images to upload into it, which made it longer than if I'd already had them made).
To remove the watermark you have to chat with someone, but the experience was pleasant and helpful, and no gimmicks or sales pitches for a paid upgrade.
It's free, it allowed me to create a shipping delay popup and have it only show to a customer once every 7 days. The support team was super helpful and FAST helping me find the answers I needed.
