Easy to use and understand, i just wish i had more options to edit my banners to make them more suitable for the format of my business website
Good, This app has been great for our store! We have a regular subscription popup, but it also allows us to easily feature special events, and display a time-limited coupon code to subscribers. It's extremely useful and user-friendly.
Helpful customer service.
Overall the app is great for basic use.
- Easy to use and set-up → I could create a nice spinning wheel fast
- Responsive support team (responds immediately)
- Webhook integration with my CRM
- Analytics, including Cart activity tracker
However, not adapted for my need because lacks more advanced features:
- no possibility to add a dropdown in the pop-up (which is a way to segment leads)
- triggering options are limited: for example, it can’t be “show after 40 sec AND on Exit intent”. It’s either or.
- the webhook integration has no possibilty to add custom fields, and misses basic fields like "language"
- some content elements couldn’t be changed (ex. the word “copied” in the results not translated..)
- the obtained discount is not directly copied in the checkout (the user has to copy past manually).

They are asking me to write a review first, but I haven't received a solution to the problem yet, so I don't know what to write.
This app is really good for automatic appearance of your popovers, but it lacks a feature to embed a shortcode/button to activate popover anywhere on the site. We wanted to put the button in footer so customers could subscribe to newsletter whenever they want, but no luck. We contacted support to see if anything could be done, but for more than 4 months now our request "is being reviewed and investigated" by engineering team. Hope this will be implemented in future releases.
Works great, except they advertise on the pop up on your website and they will not remove it
Great App. But I does crash with my search bar. Therefore I uninstall it. I will reinstall if I fixed this problem.
Good customer service - readily available. Lots of variations available to fit almost any website pop-up need/function.
DO NOT GET IF YOU USE A MAC. COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND UNUSABLE.
