We ordered a sample to test their quality and because they also offer branding services and although we didnt receive the thank you cards and hang tags (which by they way they were quick to reply and fix the issue) we are amazed at their quality of products! I've had great experiences with POPCUSTOMS team! They've been responsive and provide updates if there are any issues and offer a HUGE selection of items that other POD stores just don't have.

So far the product quality has been good. A few of the items run small, but as long as you are able to inform your customers I think everyone will be happy with the print quality.

They have a wide variety of good quality products that I want for my store but couldn't find in other suppliers. Fast response and helpful.

Cotton t-shirts are far too small, not for EU/US sizes! You need to buy 2XL for it to fit like a regular M size. They also shrink a lot after a couple of washes. You guys need to supply EU/US size cotton clothes just like all your competitors have. Polyester is slightly bigger in sizes however quality of those is not good.

My First Test Order this company did and outstanding job on the print of the shoes and polyester overall shirt. My Second Order I all ready know the Print will be outstanding. Great Quality, Ok Shipping. Wish I could upload a pic of the shoes. What I love is there's room to make a decent profit, not high like most. The only thing I wish they had were more cotton joggers for men and women.

UPDATE: I installed this app several months ago but I didn't really have time to create anything with it until recently. They have so many amazing products and I was so excited, but then I saw the shipping costs... the shipping costs are RIDICULOUS! Almost $20 to ship a pair of shoes! I cannot charge my customers that much money for shipping. There is no excuse for this. I dropship with AliExpress all the time, and the shipping costs on that platform are not as high. There is NO EXCUSE to have shipping costs this high, even if the products are being shipped from China. Do better POPCustoms! Fix this problem please.

Recommend. Received the shoes in the expected delivery time. Exceeded my expectations on quality, felt sturdy and made with high quality materials. The shoes were grippy and comfortable. The print came out perfect and the embroidery looked exactly like the mockup. I wanted high quality products for my store and had a few suppliers listed. Out of all the suppliers I have tested, this is the only one to provide good quality goods for an affordable price.

After testing 10 POD suppliers only 2 matched our expectations but 1 really was the best. POP customs service is insane accurate, quick and reliable. We are working for approx 3 months with pop and created 200+ designs that were easy to create with their customizer and also don´t miss out on their latest designer plus development where you can creat customizable POD products that your customers can personalize. We ordered 3 pair of test sneakers 1 hoodie a a few slides with different print difficulties to test their print quality, color values and print structures. This learned us to design a bit more abstract on structured POD products. Only by testing and adjusting you will find your path to succes together with POP Customs where service is at your finger tips!!

I love this Print on Demand supplier! The Super high quality print all over designs are perfect for my art! #jams2blues approved! I recieved samples and loved them, the quality is through the roof, and they do a better job with complicated tessellating pattern-work than other Print On Demand companies, they take care with color and matching up seems on overlapping segments well!

I have to rate this app a three at best just for the simple fact that it looks good on paper. If I am wrong about anything I am saying, I will come back and clear the air.

The problems that I am having is with the lack of documentation in regards to shipping, the lack of customer service as well as huge issues with their overall service.

I have contacted Pop through YT, here at Shopify as well as on their site and I have yet to hear back from them. I have set up shipping per their instruction but the results aren't as they say it should be. The only shipping option I am getting is through USPS. EMS, 4PS, YUN, DHL and FEDEX aren't showing up as shipping options on my store but they are options listed on POP when you publish an item. There are no instructions on how to get those shipping options on my store. USPS has an option for two day shipping, that simply isn't possible when the products are made in China are supposed to be shipped globally. Plus I'm using Shopify to get paid and that takes at least a day for me to get, then I have to Pay POP. It's simply impossible to offer two day service. There are no instructions on how to remove such shipping options from my store so they aren't selected. I've watched the videos and read the documentation on shipping. It's not there!

There is no forum, facebook group etc. for the people who use this service to put our heads together and work out various kinks so we don't keep hitting our head against the wall. One kink is that the templates don't actually line up with the mock up generator so in all reality, what you see isn't want you're going to get on a product. I found this out by reading comments on a YT video were a rep from POP flat out said it doesn't work! He/She said it was frustrating and that they are working on it. What's the point of a POD service if it doesn't work?

It's been a few days I I still haven't heard anything back from them concerning the shipping issue. I want this to work but I think I will have to go with another service soon to build my brand.

Awesome, ordered samples, samples were great, customer service is good. All together, no complaints. They have a HUGE variety of different items to customize.

Your service and products are very excellent and beautiful, and I was hoping to start an online store based on your services, but there is something that shocked me and prevented this from happening... which is the very high and exaggerated delivery price for the countries of the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, as the delivery price alone ranges between $55 $90 depending on the delivery provider And there are only two providers, so there are not many options...Please, provide other delivery service providers who offer cheaper delivery prices, even if the delivery period is between 15-30 days.

The response speed of the customer service staff has always been very fast. Today, I received the clothes and from the overall packaging to unpacking, the first impression was very good. The feel of the clothes and the feeling of wearing them was also good, just slightly larger than I expected in terms of size. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My customer and I placed our first order few weeks ago and just received our items recently before Christmas. We was so happy and surprised about our products. The shoes fit perfectly and was on-point; however, the customers hoodies were too small. They order an size 2XL; however they couldn't fit them. It fit like a Large. They was very happy about the quality's even though the material didn't stretch -- the size was not right. We was assuming with products coming from China -- clothes would be correct size, but it wasn't. Overall the service was absolutely good.

I was having an issue with a particular design plus product. I had installed the app over 5 times and the issue remained. I messaged them in messenger and was a bit impatient and contacted them by email. lol I should have waited they got back to me in messenger within 5 mins and had it all fixed 5 mins later so a total of 10 minutes to fix the technical issue. I give them 5 stars for their customer service alone! They have so much to choose from as well! I haven't made a sale yet but I will and I know they will be great!

This app works seamlessly with my Shopify store. Popcustoms has an extensive range of quality products, allowing store owners to develop their brand.
