I am disappointed in the app maker.

They had a problem this week, in August 2024, where their system crashed and lost live poptins. That left our store giving away free product for no reason. I was not notified. I only learned that my poptin wasn't working by visiting my own website for a different reason. Support insisted that they emailed everyone, but I did not receive an email which could have prevented this problem. There was no email in our spam folder as well. This was the most disappointing part. On some other occasions, the product did not work as well and support corrected those issues, but it was frequent. The product is good when it works. I was most upset in the newest incident, which was insulting that they insisted that they emailed. I get all of their emails, but not this one...hmm.

Great app. Lots of emails gained! Great customer service. I had an issue where emails were not being listed as subscribers. Handled in minutes!

This is the best plugin which I found on App store. I tried many plugins to do what I exactly wants, but Failed. So, I fount this plugin which was not working first. Then I talk with there support team (Nirupama) and they guide me to resolve the my problem. Thank you Poptin and Thank you all support team specially (Nirupama).

Excellent app for small businesses with low budget, especially if you operate multiple stores. Consistently brought in additional revenue with the various pop-ups which can be customized for mobile and desktop views. Super prompt and helpful customer service too! Thanks Osama!
