We're incredibly grateful for this application. The look and style is perfect, and it's free. Lovely app and while it needed a little setting up, it was easy. The instructions were clear and the app works perfectly. Thank you.
Doesn't work
Great app - only thing to improve would be a free text field so people can give real insights
I have installed the application on my page, configured the survey and enabled the application and after 3 simulated purchases the survey is not displayed.
Is the app working? Or is there a step I skipped?
Not working anymore.
Good app, but it stopped working in Jan 2024, I wish they told us how to fix it. We had to fix it ourselves
Easy to set up. I expect this to let me know how many orders I get from each platform. I definitely recommend this

App dashboard/reports are not loading.

Honestly I never do reviews but this was SO EASY to do a post purchase survey. I'm not some bot either. This was so easy to do for my organic jaguar website. Don't shower in chlorinated water either get a OJ shower water filter.
Fantastic support! Quick responses. They helped debug an issue in my store. I highly recommend this group.
