Hyve ‑ Post to Xero

It works really well. We're going to move to a different app but only because we need further capabilities which aren't available with this app but it takes through our wholesale and retail orders smoothly and is easy to use and setup.

Reconciling has become a seamless process, and I have been extremely happy with the support provided. The in-person setup was particularly helpful, as it ensured everything was configured correctly from the start.

The app delivers exactly what it promises, allowing me to focus more time on other pressing tasks.

Simple to use but also very flexible giving the ability to do almost anything you want to do. Works seamlessly once set up. Support is super responsive and always have a solution to achieve what you need. Highly recommended.

The service from support for a new install here was outstanding. After trialling another Shopify-Xero integration app with a very unexpected and unsuccessful outcome, this 2nd try was a bit tentative. It was so much easier to setup and understand. A few things didn't quite work as needed and the support from Hung - on a Sunday - to customise the requirements was both unexpected and appreciated. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. It will save many hours of data entry. Highly recommended.

Just an update after a week of use. This app is awesome. It saves so much time and is seamless with bank reconciliation. The added bonus - an Aussie based business.

Very easy experience. There were a couple of mapping issues because of the tax status of our products, but the team was very helpful and resolved concerns as we needed and very quickly.

Brilliant app with an absolutely world class development and support team who know the Shopify/Xero system in depth and were able to support us in a variety of areas! Thank you! We have this installed on two of our stores and it works flawlessly.

Tried a few different integrations in the past and they haven't worked well or were overly complicated.

This however is an amazing app for integrating Xero with Shopify, makes accounting so much easier.
Everything comes across perfectly and any issues I've had the customer service is amazing and they help troubleshoot my errors within the day.

Excellent app and outstanding support

We’ve been using this app to connect Shopify with Xero, and it has made a huge difference to our workflow. The integration works very well and has helped keep our accounting accurate and consistent.

What really stands out is the customer support. The team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. We raised a concern around invoice numbering, and not only did they take the time to explain things clearly, but they also fast-tracked a feature update to better support our existing Xero setup. That level of support is rare.

Thanks to this app, Shopify and Xero are now working smoothly together, saving us time and reducing manual work. Highly recommended for any business using Shopify with Xero.
