Very good support and guidance provided by PostCo team, especially the COO - Melisa. Easy & seamless onboarding process. We like the promptness of the team in every questions and queries we've asked!

The app is very user friendly, our team have picked up on how to use it very quickly and our customers are loving the easy return process. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and quick at replying, special shout out to Nick and Melisa, you've been amazing!

We love PostCo 360. The customer service is such a huge benefit of this platform. They are always on call, always willing to help with any questions we have and set up and managing the platform is easy as 123. We couldn't live without this streamline service and couldn't recommend it more.

Customer service at PostCo is fantastic; Melisa, Dylan and Felicia have all been so helpful with any queries we've had and have taken on our feedback graciously and actioned any changes to improve the experience which we really appreciate. It took us quite some time to set up and get the portal and emails to look on brand, but since we did it has been a pretty seamless experience! A much better experience for our customers than the manual setup we had previously.

We've been happy using PostCo 360 for our returns/exchanges so far. It's very user-friendly and customizable on the backend, and the customer side is simple to use and much more attractive than the previous system we were using. The app is reasonably priced and effective. Melisa on the customer service team has been very helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. With the new Advanced Exchange feature, PostCo is competitive in the crowded field of return apps.
