Since applying the PostCo app our returns service has streamlined, it runs efficiently, saves on manpower and human error. The app can be tailored to suit your policy, inserting rules with minimal effort.
Customers also find it easy to use, linked to our DHL makes the whole return process seamless. The costs are really reasonable, we would highly recommend as a small business to create a professional, effective returns service.

The best returns app on the market. Nick and the team are super helpful with setup and are constantly updating their app.

Highly recommend this app for any fashion eComm businesses. The apps support team will always go above and beyond to help customise your portal to suit your businesses needs. There is rarely anything they cant do! Very quick to respond and so helpful. The app makes returns easy and seamless and allows you to charge customers for return shipping domestically and internationally which we feel like most other Returns Portal are lacking.
