EDIT: PostCo did get in touch with me and refunded the shipping charges that we incorrectly received. I'm still unhappy that we were being charged for return shipping fees for the past 8 months, and would have continued to do so had we not noticed and reached out to them. When I asked why this went unnoticed for so long, they apologized but no explanation was given. The app is otherwise very user-friendly and easy to use. It has certainly made our return process smoother. As our issue has since been resolved, we'll continue to use the application for our store, and I recommend it to other merchants, however, do be aware of any return shipping charges if you integrate your post account, and ensure you are refunded accordingly. We will be removing PostCo. from our website. We have integrated shipping, so the customer has been paying for return costs, and then we have also been getting billed for return fees on our monthly invoice. It won't allow us to switch off integrated shipping through the app either.

PostCo 360 have been really important in the growth of our e-commerce business. The team are always on hand to help and answer any of our questions. Would recommend for any business looking to ease the process of seamless customer returns.
We're very pleased with the service at PostCo, the team and developers did a wonderful job designing the portal and email notifications to match our brand and the customer care and response time has been great. So far, we have had customers use the portal effortlessly and this has had a really positive impact on our customer care team.
I really like how I can easily offer a link to my customers with such an easy to use process for returns and also for store credit. It really lifts the brand trust. It also creates a log that is easy to refer back to all in one place if I ever need to see how many returns are pending or to simply look up a return waiting to be processed on receipt of a return parcel. I would like if I could offer a print return label function for my customers without having to utilise eparcel.
The onboarding process with Melisa was very smooth and she was always helpful and responsive. The app itself is very easy to use and we have not had any major issues so far. There are a lot of different rules and customisation options as well which is great!
PostCo 360 has made handling our returns so straightforward and easy - for both the customer and us (so much less back and forth over email!). Easy to personalise and keep on brand and the team are always on hand for any problems and questions we have.

The best returns app on the market. Nick and the team are super helpful with setup and are constantly updating their app.
Customers are loving they can create exchanges immediately and my team are loving that these orders are automatically created.

The Team at Postco 360 are fantastic! I only signed up to the app today and was contacted by Nick who ran me through everything and assisted me make the changes I need for my online store. I highly reccomend for any business!
