Highly recommend this app for any fashion eComm businesses. The apps support team will always go above and beyond to help customise your portal to suit your businesses needs. There is rarely anything they cant do! Very quick to respond and so helpful. The app makes returns easy and seamless and allows you to charge customers for return shipping domestically and internationally which we feel like most other Returns Portal are lacking. Highly recommend.

This is a very user friendly app and we are very happy with it so far. We love that we can customise rules to suit our store. The customer side is simple to follow and very clear. We switched from another very complex app to Postco and one of the best things was that the onboarding process was a dream!! Melisa guided us through the step by step set up has been extremely helpful ever since. Any questions we have are answered the same day and we feel very supported!
Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. We recommend this app 100%.
