It can be a little complex initially but once you get an understanding it is great

Great app - solved our problems well - very flexible and allows us to set up as many rates and zones as we need. One suggestion - a bulk editor function would be great when needing to do wide ranging rate updates!

A pretty powerful tool. We have some very complex requirements for shipping, but this app seems to be able to handle all of it. It was a bit daunting in the beginning, but if you get stuck, the support response is imminent. Really recommend!

We were trying to find a shipping app where we could set up multiple shipping rules for different product sizes and rates. Our requirements were somewhat extremely customized. Used for many years now as it works well for UK sites needing to have rates based on postcode. I have a lot of different types of products which have their own delivery services which are based on weight. The app has always been the answer for me as I can combine services for different product types. When the rules become complicated the chat box is always available to help and even create/fix rules for me so not left hanging.

App works for what we need, took some time to set up/have the right shopify conditions present as well. We needed to contact shopify to add calculated shipping rates because we were on a basic shopify plan (years ago). Once that was all done worked great.

Easy to use, we have been able to exlude, include and set different rates for different postcodes without issues. I see it has a lot more functionality. The support has been the most impressive, I wish other companies had the quality of support these guys do.
