Haven't really quite dug into using it yet but I'm hoping it makes shipping products and excepting returns easier.

While the initial setup can be confusing, the service and customer support have been great. This app is very powerful for handling returns. Definitely recommend.

The help desk did not really help me you get what I wanted. Initially I thought that it had but I was sent to a USA link when I'm in UK.

Searched for a shipping solution for Brazilian courriers. Installed. Couldn˜t figure out wich ones work in that country. Sent E-Mail to the support asking what courriers works in Brazil. Received a totally different ridiculous answer. Uninstalled... bye bye.
I wasn't ready to purchase anything but got charged $20. The customer service was so helpful in making sure I got a refund.
The Postmen app is easy to setup with the courier account and use and customer service via chat is prompt and efficient.
Still cant use any of these sites. How am i suppose to write a review of 100 characters for a app i cannot even use yet.
