Just started using this app, so I don't have a lot of feedback on the app itself. I am not tech savy at all, but the chat support was so patient and helped walk me through the set up to be able to create return labels. SO thankful!

Solid app to connect to your carrier accounts. Support is good & fast for most issues but if it is something difficult expect to wait for a proper response.
Great customer service, I downloaded the app and had a question. They responded right away! I would recommend if you are small business t use this app
best and easy fir use and its free what do you even want, you are getting unlimited labels, thats all i needed.
the connect store bar keeps on directing me to add app on Shopify app store when i have already added the app. idk how to connect to my store then

said it supports Royal Mail - it doesnt...wasted time
