WOW Meg is amazing!!! It's hard to get good customer service on message chats, and with most company chats I've often had to stop the conversation to confirm that I'm speaking with a real person because it felt like the people chatting with me were not paying attention or reading my full replies. Completely opposite experience with Meg. She understood what my concern was right away, asked for the relevant information needed, and also looked up my account on her own end to understand the full details of what was going on. She told me what she thought was happening and how she could help and also reached out to her manager to confirm her findings. She then followed up with me the same day with an update, and then again early the next morning with a conclusion on what they had found and what was going to be done to remedy the situation. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service that we received and the solution to our problem. Thanks so much Meg!!

Postscript is by far my highest-revenue generating channel aside from organic social media. It's super user-friendly and available at a great price. It also gives great insights for how much has been earned through campaigns and automations, customer LTV, acquisition rate, and more. I cannot recommend this app enough! I am looking forward to the day that a widget can be added to replace the email signups with SMS signups.

Taylor has been very communicative and efficient and is continuously helping me in any way to get my website back up and started! I channeled over to Postscript because of the brands I know that use it and I want my brand to be accessible to easy automation and more. First off, the pricing and more importantly, the customer service from Postscript is vastly superior to anything out there. Theyre always available to help with things when needed. For the most part, the user experience is pretty self explanatory and easy to build campaigns with. Most campaigns take like, 20 minutes or less to put together. It's not quite 5 stars for me simply because I've spent an hour designing 2 separate flows with responses to customers replies and both times the campaign never completed. The most recent of these went out to 6.8% of my list when it was supposed to go out to 100% of subscribers. It was a huge waste of my time and due to the time sensitivity of the message, couldnt be sent out later. Just be aware that the service isnt fully functional ALL the time.

In the first 6 months of our store being open, Postscript SMS has accounted for almost 30% of our website revenue, with only a 10% off code. We just increased 25% off, and cannot wait to see the results. Their Live Support is great for helping you get things started. Highly recommend.

What a great app to start with your SMS marketing. We had no issues during the installation. Setting up new SMS campaigns was very easy and straightforward. They have a ton of helpful resources on their website which is a big plus. We contacted customer service once as we had very specific questions and got a reply within 10 minutes. So far so good!

I was skeptical transitioning over from another SMS Marketing platform I was using prior to joining Postscript. I moved over because the previous platform had continued to charge additional fees based on images or emojis, which wasn't addressed clearly.

The onboarding team was attentive and very supportive during the learning and transition period.

I find it fun to read the metrics based on the campaigns we sent out and the team continued to educate me on different methods of engaging with our customers via SMS. I recommend you work with Postscript as their prices are reasonable (NO HIDDEN FEES) and we delight in seeing the benefits of revenue streaming in from SMS campaigns.

Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I get nervous utilizing apps with my website because i dont totally understand the back end. This company addresses any questions immeditely. Its also my first SMS marketing app ive downloaded. Great layout, easy to use, cant think of anything else i would need out of a service/app like this

So far so good with Postscript! We are new to the platform and the onboarding and set up with Lauren and Shannon has been smooth sailing. Needed some quick attention to ensure my integration was set up completely and Taylor was all over it. Super helpful. Excited for more to come!

One of the best SMS apps in the industry. On par with emotive and no up front fees. We had a technical issue because I removed the "ref" code from the initial message and after extensive troubleshooting Taylor a highly skilled and friendly support staff fixed my issue. I will now be using Post script with all my stores!
