this is my first time using the app and i needed help setting some things up and shannon was able to walk me thru it step by step she was very helpful and patient with me

This is the best app I have on my store. I can't put into words the ease of use and how helpful this is to my marketing strategy. The automations are LIFE! I hope this app stays in Shopify forever.

I've had a great experience with Postscript so far. They team is readily available to answer questions. I've also had a lot more people signing up to use our SMS marketing than with our previous app. which has been exciting. I hope to see sales increase by using Postscript!

Honestly, the app isn't as easy to use BUT Michael in customer service is UHMAZING. The friendly and jovial chitchat totally inspired me to give this another go. He supplied me with tutorial videos, extended my trial without being asked, and helped me solve my issue. 10/10 would recommend BECAUSE of Michael. Go get that lunch!

Great integration with klaviyo! Super easy to use! Very new to it, but so far so good! The customer support team is also so helpful (aka Zev!)
