Postscript SMS Marketing

I purchased this app to start SMS marketing and it does not disappoint! I’ve tried several and this is the most user friendly. The chat team is super helpful and friendly and I’m happy they’re there to assist with any questions or ideas I may have.

Michael Wardrop and all of the team is AMAZING!!!! They know all about my store, help me optimize, help me with tech stuff and always right away. It's hard to find such personal experiences with integrations like this but I really feel like I have a team of supportive folks standing by me and my text message strategies. My site is thriving and it's just the start - conversions and subscribers are up, my popup is awesome and easy to use and I have so many tools to help grow my lists.

I really enjoy Postscript. I was hesitant to add a SMS & MMS marketing platform, due to the fear of "annoying" my customers.. but with Postscript I don't feel that way at all. I am about to make the texts I send to my customers friendly, personal, and down-to-earth. Postscript is also extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Shoutout to Jane with Glow Group for getting me set up with Postscript! I am SO happy with my experience.

Great customer service, intuitive platform. Can be a bit on the pricey side but probably is the best all-around SMS platform if you want to do SMS marketing.

So far so good! We are seeing revenue immediately to be honest even though we haven't implemented many automations or campaigns yet. I had a hiccup getting my automations working and their customer service was amazing. Michael (who is also now a fan of our brand!) was a pleasure to work with, somehow made it fun, and solved our problem. He was attentive, kind, and a great problem solver. I know that even if I have an issue with the program, help is around the corner all via an easy to use and quick chat service. Definitely recommend!

So far, this app has been awesome and the support has been amazing. I've tried a few different apps but they all fell short of our expectations.

I'm still pretty new to PS so I've got to work on building my texting list, but I can already tell this will be a great investment for my business. Subscribers open (and click) my PS texts far more than my emails with the same content. I love the GIF and photo options, because they help keep my brand personable. And, just like all the other reviews state, the customer service/chat option is fantastic. Everyone responds timely and is more than happy to help.

I am happy so far with the customer service I received from Michael. I was using a different SMS service that charged an arm and a leg and didn’t do what I needed it to. Needless to say, Michael made sure received the services I needed and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!
