Postscript SMS Marketing

Top notch support and great integrations. Messaged for help with keywords and got a response in seconds. Excited to explore this new SMS sales channel with Postscript!

I just signed up and so far so good. Their support team especially Sylvia has been amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Postscript if you're comparing SMS marketing apps.

Postscript was recommended to me as the leading SMS platform for Shopify, and they have some good features that are hard to find. However, the honest truth is I can't say Postscript is reliable enough to recommend. It's littered with bugs and frequently either fails to send automations or sends them in error, which is a real liability to our communications with our most valuable customers. I've probably spent weeks of my time as a founder working with their support team to resolve bugs and problems with their product. Customer support was initially helpful but frequently fails to follow up and requires reminders from me to solve problems. A recent issue with Postscript caused an order to initiate without a customer's consent, and 7 weeks later we're still waiting on an explanation or resolution. I've worked on software startups for a decade and cannot understand the poor technology execution at Postscript. They are abundantly capitalized, with a large engineering team, and the product cannot be relied upon to do what it promises to do.

This app is easy to use. It helps me collect customers via email and phone. I like the templates as they are fun and I think customers would like them.

So far the app is very intuitive to use however what stands out is the customer service! Shannon is the bomb-diggity and basically helped me set up my automations from start to finish. I was able to get these up and running super-fast and she made it fun to get them done.

That app works great and has a lot of functionalities. Their customer service is very helpful as well.

AMAZING app, and AMAZING customer service! We have researched dozens of texting apps as a solution for our Shopify Plus store (we're newbies) and finally came across one that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to ask for help through their support team. Bre provided excellent customer service. She was prompt and very detail with her response. A customer had an issue with the discount code, she took the time to tested it out and made sure it was working correctly and also ask another one of her colleagues to test it as well. Highly please with the service and app so far.
