I'm fairly new to the app and generally have a lot of questions. The support team has been outstanding via chat. Super quick response time, they're kind, funny and knowledgable. This is the best SMS platform I have used as a business owner.

If you're going to consider SMS marketing for your e-commerce business, then there's really only one option. We're seeing an incredible ROI on our SMS & MMS Marketing, well beyond email marketing performance and facebook ads. The app and developers are incredibly responsive and are clearly in this for the long haul. No concern over privacy, data, and quality of service. Integrates directly with Shopify and provides automation and audience segmentation. Really looking forward to increasing our SMS marketing/text message strategy for the new year and we'll only trust postscript. Keep up the good work.

I had some issues with activation for my automations so I messaged support for help. It was 12:30 am EST and I was't expecting a response however they knew the issue that I was having and solved it promptly! Great customer support!
