Postscript SMS Marketing

We have started using Postscript for SMS marketing and are really seeing a benefit from using it. Their customer service team is so helpful and quick to respond.

Breanna helps me with all my questions and she was super helpful and kind. now I can sent text super easy thank you!

***Update to add that Michael has been so helpful to me today. He resolved an issue I had with no problem!! Thank you so much! I am using this app to increase customers to my site as well as keeping customers. Plus a super fun way to stay in contact with them! So far the customer service has been SO helpful! I am excited to be working with Post Script and it's so much better than every other app out there!

I had an amazing experience with CS of Postscript SMS today. Solved an issue in a short amount of time! Was very responsive through chat and got with engineering to fix the issue right away! I would highly recommend Postscript!

Great app so far they are helping me get set up now. I'm having to adjust their templates to sound less buggy and more personal but that is Ok.

This app is definitely worth it! I had a few issues with upgrading my plan after the free trial but customer service was 10/10 they were able to answer all my questions. I like that I have the opportunity to connect to my customers through text rather than email, since who really checks that all the time?
