Super easy to use, amazing and friendly onboarding team and ongoing customer support, intuitive, affordable, excellent all around!
In my first month with Postscript, I've spent maybe $500 and we've made about $25,000. The ROI is incredibly awesome.
In comparison, I was previously an Attentive customer. Their customer service is pretty decent but it's very slow, as only email support is available. Often, it would take 2-3 days just to get a response. With Postscript I always get a reply via live chat within 5 minutes. Shout out to Zev and Shannon for always taking care of my questions quickly and efficiently!
Attentive gave me a really hard time about testing out another text message service (Postscript). They don't allow you to have access to your list when you want it access it. You apparently have to ask "permission" to have the list you've spent time and money curating. They held my customer list hostage for over a week after I asked for it, bombarding me with endless questions as to why I needed it. It left a really poor taste in my mouth. Then when they finally agreed to give it to me, they pretended like they were trying to "protect me", yet they still held my list of customers hostage. It was ridiculous. I finally got a manager on the phone and he was so condescending and rude. When they finally released my list to me, they immediately cut off my access to my Attentive account mid-month, saying that I "am not allowed to try out other text services while using Attentive". Yet, they still charged me for the whole month. Terrible, terrible experience. I'd never recommended Attentive again.
Postscript has been totally different. The pay structure is far more beneficial. The ROI is far greater. . I thought we were making a lot with text with Attentive but I'd spend about $2300 a month with them and make like $6000 from text marketing. As I mentioned, I've spent $500 to make $25,000 with text marketing through Postscript.
Clearly I have way better ROI with Postscript and the customer support is much faster.
We have been using this app for around 6 months now and the ROI we get through our sms campaigns is amazing! The Team are great to work with too, extremely responsive. We are based in Australia so the Team had to make some changes to the system to allow us to send at certain times within our own time zone to our AU customers and we are very appreciative at their willingness to do that for us!
This app is so easy to use! They really prepared everything for you, you just need to follow a few steps and boom! it's ready to use.
The customer service was so responsive. It took not more than 30 min to get everything ready to go. Good job!

Text message marketing is slightly different from any other marketing channel I've ever used, but this company makes it a breeze. Great customer service too!
I used this app for marketing and it is super easy! Integrates w/Shopify and Recharge. I wish it did the same for hubspot but works okay without it. Customer service is amazing too!
While we are still new to using PostScript to drive our customer retention, growth, and education campaigns...the one thing that I can say is Postscript has AMAZING customer service. We needed to get our program up and running quickly and Shannon hopped on a video call with me and we walked through step by step best practices and simple ways to get the basics rolling quickly. They are a smaller team and very open to listening to suggestions, nimble at fixing any bugs, and really care about the success of your business. 5 stars!
