Postscript SMS Marketing

I LOVE THIS APP FOR MY BUSINESS! I HAVEN'T HAD ANY MAJOR ISSUES BUT THE 2 SMALL ONES I DID HAVE WERE FIXED RIGHT AWAY!

Postscript has been very help to my business, by allowing me to quickly get information out to my customers, such as new arrivals and sales. On top of that their customer support is so Awesome, Fast, and Very Helpful. Shannon was so patience, and gave me precise instructions that allowed me to fix my issue in minutes...along with giving me an encouraging words to conquer the areas of the app, I wasn't familiar with!

I am a returning customer. When i initially signed up i wasn't the person running marketing for my company. now that i am i needed a system that was easy to use and understand. I spoke with mike in sales he encouraged me and made me feel like i could do this on my own and he was right. Then when i needed help i spoke with taylor via chat and he was amazing. Im glad i decided to sign back up

We've tried nearly every SMS and all of their interfaces suck. This one is incredible and fantastic customer service and automations.
