Postscript SMS Marketing

I just downloaded this app to help me with "welcome messages" to my new subscribers and I like it so far. Moreover, the customer service is great.

SO much to love about Postscript. My top 3 would be:
1. The loving team that they have! They have a team that goes out of their way to ensure your growth.
2. How user-friendly their app is! It did not take me that long to learn the fundamentals.
3. It's a NEW fun way to grow your business. SMS is still fairly new! Postscript makes it easier to get the new channel up and running.
Would recommend it to anyone who wants to grow SMS for their business. 100%

I was experiencing a few issues with my Klaviyo/Postscript integration, and the customer support team at Postscript is unlike any other support team I've ever worked with. Every time I use the chat feature, someone responds immediately and actually sounds like you're talking to a friend. The team has gone above and beyond to help me solve my problem (including sending screenshots and asking really good questions). Usually with other customer support teams, you create a ticket that is answered in a while in a vague/scripted way. HUGE shout out to Faith from the Postscript team for truly acting as an extension of our team and helping expedite approval processes for us. Faith tried MANY different solutions to try to assist and I appreciated her persistence and resourcefulness. Highly recommend knowing you WILL get the support you need.

So! I am very new to the whole SMS marketing world - I could not figure out how to upload a GIF! I have spent hours trying to figure it out and finally decided to reach out to support but did not think I would hear anything until Monday! Boy was I wrong, Zev reached out to me and walked me through my mistakes and taught me how to create them on in the future! AWESOME! Wonderful support!

I am going on 2 months with Postscript now, and I do not have one bad thing to say. It has totally changed the game for me as a small boutique. I just got my January email and I hit $4000 in sales generated JUST from my SMS! And I am still just starting to grow my text list! The numbers really speak for themselves and are enough to make me want to stay with Postscript... But the icing on the cake is definitely their customer service. They always respond super quickly, they are helpful, nice, and quite funny! I have not had a bad interaction with them and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me execute all the crazy ideas I come up with for my customers! It's an 11/10 for me. I really wish I would have found them sooner!

Amazing app and great support team!! Kind of glitchy with Mexico and America Latina stores but I could send SMS campaigns without any complications.
