I use the app for customer serive and marketing and really like compared to email. Super easy to set automations and respond to customer inquiries.

This app is actually awesome. Brings back a huge amount of abandoned checkouts. On bad days it is literally the only thing that saves our store from losing money!

I am so happy with the customer service for this app. Colin was friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me succeed, and that is a rare trait indeed...especially when app companies often seem more interested in taking your money and running...
