Postscript SMS Marketing

I used the app to help with marketing, because most of my customers are working women who check tech messages before emails. Great app for business owners and very helpful. Just a chat away if you need any help.

We LOVE Postscript for several reasons.

1. It does both SMS & MMS meaning you can send GIFS and pictures which really help keep the text messages fun and light and feeling less intrusive to the customer. MMS is something not all "text" platforms offer that's a huge bonus to our brand.

2. Their customer support is AWESOME! They're fast and friendly, but because the platform is so good it's not like you need to contact them often anyways. (Thanks Shannon)

To be honest, I haven't used the app yet as I'm still setting it up. But I have to say that their customer service (Bryan, to be specific) has been incredible.

I never was exposed to SMS marketing before joining my team. Tara Miller has made the process of onboarding and educating me on the SMS world and all the things that come with it incredibly easy. Despite her number of clients, Tara always delivers the most pointed and well rounded guidance when it comes to new ways to optimize, learning our competitor landscape and ways to scale our business. I look forward to working with her and Postscript more as our time progresses.

This app is amazing! I love being able to reach my customers in a different way. Their customer service is so great! I was very confused on one issue and the customer service representative to the time to show me using screens shots exactly how to fix my problem. It was very helpful!

Postscript is #1 when it comes to SMS. From one-off campaigns to automation, you can't ask for more. The pricing is beyond reasonable and if you're starting out the templates are a game changer. Use Postscript you won't regret it. P.S. The Klaviyo to Postscript integration is super easy to set up for pop ups on your website as well.
