Customer service is great! They were very knowledgable and helped me with my problems quickly. Would recommend.
I use this app to send customer notifications of new arrivals and sales. I like how right after sending notifications I see my traffic increase and i’m able to set up flows to remind customers of abandoned carts or up sell. When ever I have a questions they answer all my questions right away.
Postscript platform is intuitive and easy to use. And when I have questions the customer support via live chat has been awesome, quick to respond and resolved all the questions. Thank you Shannon!
The App has been amazing! I have seen an instant ROI - way better than email or any other channel. Also - the customer support is incredible. Additionally - their product roadmap seems to be heading in the right direction - cant wait to see what they come up with!
This is a great app and easy to use
The only issue is that it will cost you a lot of money to run a big campaign

Been using Postscripts for a couple of months now. The platform is very easy to use and integrates with ReCharge, which is a huge bonus. We've seen great results with the automations and campaigns we've set up. Customer service is very friendly and helpful!
