Postscript SMS Marketing

This is our 3rd SMS app and it's by far the best. The support team is responsive and really cares about helping us thrive - we've gotten some great advice from them to optimize and improve our SMS campaigns month over month. The segmentation is fully featured and the integrations work well. Excited to keep growing our revenue with Postscript!

While we are still learning the ins and outs of postscript, their customer service team has been phenomenal! We’ve had many associates help us, but namely Michael this evening- who stayed late to help implement a feature that had been giving us trouble. I love that I can segment my customers into buyers and what they buy. We have been able to make huge gains on our text service with PostScript and I am so excited to see how our business grows with this text service.

We have had other text services for years, and I havent been able to see the growth and be more knowledgeable about texting.

With my other text companies I was sending text to LARGE groups of people with no strategy, it was just a send and go. With postscript it is more specific to the customer so when I spend $$ I make money.

The only thing I would say I dont like about it is its cost. It's a little pricey and the price might scare you, but it is worth it. Also, it does take about 4-6 weeks to get up and running and get campaigns moving...so make sure you really dig into that the first month and get all of your segments running because that next month will come up quick and you will be like ECK!!

I'm loving the app so far. I love the abandoned cart feature in addition to the welcome series. Easy way to convert to sales which we've seen a spike in since downloading the app

It's pretty awesome!!! It's much better to use than Klaviyo's SMS. Which I think that Klaviyo does well with email. But Postscripts does very well with SMS sign ups and really engaging. The only thing I'd like for them to change is their dashboard and the way we can view subscribers much easily.
