I've been searching for a while for the text messaging app that would easily integrate with my shopify store. I found what I was looking for! I'm an overthinker with having so many tasks to do with my business and their support team has been great with helping me with any questions and offering a solution. I will most definitely be referring other business owners to this app.

Easy to use and install with Shopify! Customer service is quick to respond and helpful. Works great and can see it being beneficial in many ways going forward.

Postscript is without a doubt the best SMS marketing platform available currently. I've tested multiple with various brands and they're ahead of the game on functionality, pricing and ease of use. Then there is the custy service team. They are always quick and actually listen to your questions and know how to fix/help rather than generic responses. Also, the team is always positive and adds life to the convo so you don't just feel like you're dealing with an issue but can have a rando convo while they're resolving stuff. The whole team is great. Zev today specifically was so possible he turned a mundane Tuesday into thinking about how great life is. He also is a comedian as well so you'll probably get a couple laughs in if he jumps in to help

This app has been a really great tool for keeping our customers informed for upcoming shop releases - which is extremely important because sometimes our stock is limited and we have to have our customers at the ready so they don't miss out. The customer service has also been amazing, everyone has been very helpful if we've stumbled upon a problem. Would definitely recommend!

Postscript is heads-and-shoulders above the competition. The best SMS app overall. Clean interface, quick revenue, easy integrations and GREAT customer service. Have never had to wait for answers to any of my questions. Highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing with Alyssa. I'm also on the 30 day free trial and I really appreciate that they give you all the features now to test them out. Some apps allow a free trail but limit our options/functions and I feel like that doesn't allow you to get a good test run at everything. Pretty easy layout, too, to navigate, so easier for newbies like me!

I love this app so much! I’ve literally seen a HUGE sales increase with just this app alone! I highly highly recommend this to ANYONE!
