This app is soooo impressive. The setup and help is amazing. My onboard team of Simon and Meagan were amazing. Always there to answer questions and kept me movin' forward on set up. This is the first SMS app that we downloaded and it's extremely intuitive, preset templates are great and it integrates with apps we are using for free. Pricing is extremely reasonable for small businesses and the layout of the site is bright, easy to read and I love the fact that you can test texts first to see what they look like before sending and the opt-in pop up fits in on the site perfectly. It's all good. (So far. :)

First let me say I never write app reviews. Second I didn't want to even try text-marketing (they cold called me). But it was a free trial and people opt-in so I was like, why not....? HOWEVER now I am a big Postscript fan! The service, professionalism, thoughtfulness and general fun of the on-boarding specialist (Paris) has made me excited about using the program. I recently had a bad on-boarding experience with another app, so it has highlighted to me how excellent the service provided here was. Paris was patient, very careful in making sure I understand how everything works. I wish I could work with her forever. And, they are diligent about compliance. I highly recommend giving Postscript a try if you are looking for text marketing!
