Been using it for a year and its been very user friendly. I started out knowing nothing about SMS and learned tons through the CSM and Customer support team. They are very easy to work with and the response rate is almost instant.

I had some trouble with exporting customer info and some billing questions, and Taylor from Customer Service helped me get around it quickly and was also so very kind.

Always an easy platform with all the extra help we need! Taylor was prompt to help me on the website CS end!
