Postscript SMS Marketing

We just recently installed Postscript to engage our customers via SMS, the setup has been smooth so far and their customer support team is quick to respond and provides answers that resolve our problems.

After talking with every single SMS Shopify app company not only could they not provide the automation I looked for, they took multiple days to respond and answer my questions. Postscript did the exact opposite. Their functionality when it comes to automation is #1 in the world. However, the most important aspect of why you should download this and add it to your marketing is customer service. I especially want to thank Sean for answering my million questions, never being frustrated and being super helpful. Would not have been able to solve this without him. Sean, Thank you!

This app is the best! It is so easy to use and any problem that I have, their customer service team is right there to help me immediately! They are super patient and help us with any and every question that we have! I highly recommend them!

Got the app up and running over the Christmas holidays. Getting a lot of subscribers even though it's a holiday week. I think this is going to be HUGE for my 2 shopify stores. The best part is the chat support. Meg was awesome !

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and am loving it. definitely seeing an increase in my sales since adding texting. I couldn't figure out how to send a campaign within 24 hours of sending one and even though on the chat it said I wouldn't hear back till Monday, Sean got back to me within minutes and helped me solve my problem! thanks so much!

Easy to set-up and use, with great service! Kyler in chat was super quick and beyond helpful. Would recommend post script to any Shopify retailer looking to try SMS.

Really well designed service. It's a little bit unintuitive to figure out specifics on different modules (automations, campaigns, keywords, popups, etc) and what they do exactly and where things go from there, how to find customers and see the outreach that has happened, etc. But the team was very fast to respond and eager help out, then once you get a feel for it things seem to be really easy and ROI is realized scarily quickly.

This is the 3rd text company I’ve used and by far the best. The data it gives you is great! I love being able to create customer segments so I don’t have to always send messages to everyone. It’s so easy to use and their customer service responses quickly to questions! Game changer for our business

Used the app to help me start SMS marketing, I can already see the benefits from this app, easy to use, simple, and very helpful support team if you have a problem. A necessary app for all shopify merchants in my opinion.
