Postscript SMS Marketing

Great app integration for our Shopify store and awesome customer service team. I am just waiting on Postscript to get a mobile app to go with their mobile SMS services. (hint hint) :-)

I finally found an SMS marketing app that's easy to use, had more features that I thought I needed and more importantly, GREAT customer service. Thank you!

Postscript is easy to set up, their templates are straight fire, and their customer support team is so friendly and helpful. Their new Flow Builder makes scheduling campaigns so much easier! If you aren't already doing SMS marketing, get on it. I was honestly so surprised at how much money I was leaving on the table.

This app has been a game-changer for connecting for customers so far! It's very user-friendly, and customer service has been great at helping me through how to set up keywords and automations. Everyone should give SMS marketing a go, at the very least for select VIP customers as it's an untapped channel.

Still testing the functionality of this app, but customer service is 5 star+. The Postscript team is prompt, savvy and great to deal with.

Day one with Postscript but experience has been perfect so far. Super easy to install and most of the heavy lifting done already. Immediate response to support questions. Love this so far!

Better than Attentive & Klaviyo. My current top choice as an SMS vendor. Extremely fast customer service.
