I enjoyed the always quick and helpful responses from customer service : ) which is much needed since messaging across the app is often missing information and not very user friendly. Although it is a very simple tool, the setup, user flows, and UX needs the attention of a user-focused product manager. I also appreciate the payment structure and flexibility! This app provides simple SMS functions. It is not very robust or customizable, but it helps our business accomplish what we need and has helped us drive sales and retention. Again, the customer service has been exceptional. Without their support our company would have had to pass on investing in this app.

Postscript is a well rounded SMS marketing app and so much easier and effective than email marketing. The support has been outstanding so far. We are truly impressed by this app. We have been using email marketing for years and do not know why we waited so long to make the switch to SMS marketing. Well worth the money. A truly great app and team.

I'm making the switch from my existing SMS platform. I'm still working on the transition but so far the customer service has been helpful. I'm looking forward to using this app and making SMS work for my store!

I had an issue where my sms was fired before I finalized the scheduling process. I contacted customer support and they immediately answered me (even when it was a weekend).

They found the bug and they fixed it in record time. They also kept me informed during the whole process of what was going on.
