After a lot of research and back and forth, our team is really happy we chose Postscript. They make getting started very easy with templates and walk-throughs. Their customer service chat feature is really helpful. We immediately started making sales from our text campaigns (while on the free trial!) and are looking forward to even more growth in the future. Highly recommended!

Really easy to use & customer services is always super helpful! I was looking for an app to help with SMS but Postscript crossed off many of my marketing needs!

I opened up my site with new items for the week and the app was down and inoperable. I was unable to send out notifications for our items and the timing it crucial. Still am not hearing any response from customer service. Very disappointed

So far this app has exceeded our expectations. One thing is for sure, if you are new to Text-Opt in marketing, PS has a great tech support team to answer all your questions. Zev has been an amazing partner in this regard!! He is fast, courteous and sends the best gifs!!! We look forward to growing our marketing efforts with PS, and are happy to consider them a part of our team!

We just got started with Postscript and the team has been beyond supportive and helpful. We are big believers in human connection and Postscript goes above and beyond. The customer service (shoutout to Shannon and Sean), replies in seconds and the founders are never above hopping on a call to troubleshoot an issue. SO excited to be working with this team!

What I really like the most about this app is the customer service (my guru is Shannon!). As a newcomer to the SMS game, this app has held my hand every step of the way! Fabulous advice, lots of helpful articles, always adding and improving to the app, and now that my list has grown I'm seeing terrific results! Can't wait to grow my business right along with PostScript.

I chose PS because this was the app I felt the most confident with as far as growing a compliant list. The dashboard is easy to understand, the segmenting is already set up for standard campaigns, and easy to add more segments for particular goals. Advanced users have a lot to work with, and not too intimidating for beginners.

Just pick this one, it'll work and you'll be happy. :)

Taylor was awesome, when I needed some help, she checked into my issues and made sure they were resolved quickly. It really wasn't an issue on postscript side more of a user error, but she answered and was very helpful!

I'm new to this app but have already gotten excellent help from the onboarding team as well as the chat. That's an excellent sign of great things to come! Initial onboarding was fast and easy, and very clear.

We are a new merchant and are looking to do some SMS marketing. We decided to go with Postscript and while we have not had a chance to do too much yet, we've had a great experience with the software so far. Last but not least, we've had a good experience with their customer support as well.
