I have used PS for a while now. I tried another app that had both email and SMS because of FOMO, but I'm back within a week. Their customer service is top notch. I am able to chat with a human and not a bot when I have questions.
I love postscript It has really helped elevate my brand with staying in front of our customers. The customer service is on point and very helpful. Most campaigns that we have ran have been very successful.
We have LOVED working with Postscript! It is easy and intuitive to set up campaigns and automations. We have made our SMS channel more conversational and lucrative since our switch to Postscript. Our CSM Travis is always so on top of our account and comes with helpful recommendations and data. Definitely the best CSM out there. We also had a fantastic onboarding team who set us up, Jared and Kaci. In summary, 10/10 and full 5 stars for Postscript!
S/O to Taylor! There was an issue with one of our automations and her and the engineering team didn't stop investigating it until they found a solution even though I was about to move forward with plan b. Their team and level of support can't be beat.
So far so good with Postscript! We are new to the platform and the onboarding and set up with Lauren and Shannon has been smooth sailing. Needed some quick attention to ensure my integration was set up completely and Taylor was all over it. Super helpful. Excited for more to come!
Taylor has been very communicative and efficient and is continuously helping me in any way to get my website back up and started! I channeled over to Postscript because of the brands I know that use it and I want my brand to be accessible to easy automation and more. She never let me give up and she has amazing patience and walked through everything! I will continue to work with you guys and thank you again!
I would like to commend Faith for giving me exceptional tech customer support few minutes ago. This is the first time I have chatted to someone and resolve everything at once and she did not leave me until I resolve the issue and she was able to answer all my questions. Product value increases because of great tech support. I hope you give her a good pay raise.

Been using it for a year and its been very user friendly. I started out knowing nothing about SMS and learned tons through the CSM and Customer support team. They are very easy to work with and the response rate is almost instant.
Great app since we started until now! Their customer support team is very responsive which is always a must with all these shopify apps!
