just installed it and haven't really tried but they request for a review. so i'll give a 3 stars first. Set up is easy and you can modify it as you please. will update the review after using it in longer period. Good thing about this apps is FREE :)

I use the app to keep up with my customer's questions. It is one of the best apps I have found for live chat.

It looks and works great! Easy to set up and very customizable. I would like to see the chat button have a logo for facebook though.
