I tested this app and it was easy to install. Looks great on my page. Hope this will help my customers get their questions answered timely.
Works good so far, took about 10 mins to set up. If any issues I'll update later but so far it seems like a worth while add

Very easy to install. Simple to tweak the design so it looks cohesive with my sites existing design.

3-stars because they ask for the feedback as part of installation... I am not a fan of app developers asking for feedback before you even have a chance to use the product.
It was super easy to setup and install, but, I have yet to use it. Many people have said they will update the review... I will try to remember to do that as well.

So far so good! Just installed but it was extremely user friendly! Easy to navigate through, can't wait to see how it turns out!
