I always have respect for free apps. This makes it so easy to communicate with customers, as I can do it from my phone at any time!

It's nice, but does not seem very user friendly. Basically, I feel like I am fumbling around to learn how to use it rather than it being intuitive.

Easy to install, i haven't tried it yet but it looks cool. Will edit this review later .

Nice app! Helps my site alot. Especially the way it uses facebook (which everyone has) to do a direct customer support option.
