POWR Contact Form Builder

This app is awesome! You can create a form from scratch or customize pre-made templates. My website needed a more attractive contact form and this plug in worked perfectly!

We use this app, it gives problems from time to time but it was okay. Now they changed everything. I want to connect to app through my Shopify page, it does not allow me. It does not work at all.

Amazing ! Love this app. Made it super easy for me to create forms for my websites without needing to hire someone to code for me. Saved me money, easy to learn and fast to apply!! I highly recommend this app :)

Pretty simple and easy! I built a pretty complex form in a matter of minutes!! Once built, I was able to test it and send information directly to me. I love how you can export the information to Excel to get a quick list of customers who have completed the form! Again, simple and easy to use!!

Even on the free plan they have a nice customer support. They reply quickly and do their best to find a solution that works for both sides.
