POWR Form Builder Contact Form

So far it is great even in the free version. Intuitive, customizable, flexible and very easy to use...bravo!

This app is really easy to use and they have WONDERFUL support!
Richcarde has been super helpful on their support team! Two issues I have are: 1) I wish there was a bit more customization available, and I wish the form loaded faster on our website (it's always the last element to load on the page).

Solve my problem and I'll change to 5 stars.

Problem: The only poor thing is that it loads a bit slow on my page, but that is maybe because I have the PRO version + many questions and options due to selling customizeable products.

Otherwise, the app really helps me build forms to retreive valuable information from my visitors.
Its flexible and works well.

It works pretty good! I prefer having this to the regular contact form as you can put your branded colors and ask for info you find important.
The DOWNSIDE of this is that it takes longer load then the original contact form.

The app is so easy to use! Definitely will recommend to my friends who have small businesses online.

I'm using Form Builder as an email opt-in and so far I like it. Compared it to Mailchimp's "FREE" app and Form Builder is more versatile. Still not sure why it doesn't integrate with Shopify's customer listings or even if it is supposed to, but I'm working around it by creating separate lists locally.

This app has been pretty decent. Building the form can be a little confusing but there is definitely a lot of options to customize your form.

Useful to create interaction with your customers it's a really friendly user environment let's see if the form is working well
