POWR Form Builder Contact Form

It does exactly what it says and the form itself is very good to create and add to your site. I love the dashboard and the stats that tell me how many times people have clicked on it. However, it takes an awkward amount of time to load the form whenever you go on the page. I did ask the support team but they simply said that's the way it is and its fast from our side.

The worst app and customer service I ever used with my store. I verified before downloading that the form could import a date field to Mailchimp but after installing and spending hours putting the form all over my site, I find out the date field does not work. I spent two months working with customer service only to eventually find out that this feature does not work. And, the customer support ...

Could do with more fonts! Good product overall, used it to make a form for our clients to give us info about the car they want to offer us. Make, model, color, etc.

Simple does the job just wish it offered more than 6 lines the free form. But it does the job so no complaints here .

Very powerful and useful app. Can do a tremendous amount with only the free plan. Created numerous forms that are boosting customer satisfaction, and the pop ups are genuinely resulting in more sales. The team is also very responsive to any questions and errors, very kind and helpful people.
