This app is amazing for forms. Simple to use and lots of options and control. My only wish is that you could add video.

I used this app to build my Return Form. I enjoyed how easy it is to build a form and was really impressed with myself when I uploaded it to the place on a page I wanted it to be. However, I noticed that the form doesn't recognize a mistake when text is entered into a field for a phone number :/ Otherwise, a great app!

So far so good! Loved the options! I used my form for a Athlete submission form. Seams to have all the areas I needed thanks!

Update: Its been 2 weeks and still working great!

Update: it's been 6 months. I have tried to edit the form and it saves but does not re-publish the saved form....Will have to dig deeper.

Great app very useful and its free! has alot of great feature, add on feature and its customizable! perfect!

Good app. Really easy to install and get set up. I had a booking form for my bike service business up and running in just a few minutes. Really flexible options and extremely intuitive to use. Only two things I would have liked to see:
1) It would have been handy if I could limit the date & time options to keep them within my businesses working hours. At the moment with this form it would be possible for someone to book a bike in for 11:30pm on a Saturday night (when I am most definitely not open for business)
2) There are a few fields that have the option of being set at 'half-width'. But if I do that, it would be good if there was also a way of setting the next form element to sit next to it (i.e in a two column grid).

Great app that I used for a client consultation form - Easy To Use, had up and running in a couple of hours.

I used this to build out a custom contact form. The process was super easy and everything was very intuitive. I like all of the preset options and templates.

I like this form builder. It is simple and easy for a novice to use. thanks for a great app. i'll be back.
