POWR Form Builder Contact Form

So easy for everyone to use. I wasn't sure if this app could do what I needed but it sure can :-) Love it

I honestly like this app. It has a lot of features like multi-step, conditional logic and custom email templates which is pretty useful when creating a form. It can improve though by creating an HTML text element and maybe text header elements. Thank you!

So far this app does exactly what I need it to. Helps with employee application forms as well as a other application forms.
