I used this app for various forms and is amazing. So easy to use and setup. Recommend for all! Will benefit any shop owner.

POWR Forms are definitely the strongest functionally and aesthetically I have used on shopify. Richcarde was very helpful in helping me work through some theme capability issues.

Works! No complaints here. It was simple and easy to use. I do like the user interface and feel the pricing was fair.
This simple form was such a life saver. i tried day after day to apply a form to my contact us page. this was was the only form to work for me on my desk top. this app is ACE!!!
