This app is very simple to use and allows my team and I to create beautiful forms in just a few seconds. I would highly recommend this for landing pages!

Very easy and can't wait to do more with it! I like that I can have it automatically add to may pages versus going back and forth in between template editing.

This app was simple to install and worked perfectly to build a contact form. I will be using it to build other forms.

I love this APP. So far it has been very valuable for our ambassador program! I will be upgrading once we have reached the max amount of fields used. 1 word for this app = AWESOME.

Works very well. A touch slow to load though, but not a big deal.
