Very easy and can't wait to do more with it! I like that I can have it automatically add to may pages versus going back and forth in between template editing.

I love this APP. So far it has been very valuable for our ambassador program! I will be upgrading once we have reached the max amount of fields used. 1 word for this app = AWESOME.

This app was simple to install and worked perfectly to build a contact form. I will be using it to build other forms.

Works very well. A touch slow to load though, but not a big deal.

This is the best form builder app in this Shopify app store. Highly Recommended.
