Great customer service. I needed help installing a form, which I have done before but couldn't get it this time. Reached out in the chat and Luiz Campo quickly solved the problem for me. Friendly and helpful.

No support help at all. I've literally emailed them over 3 times about a error I'm having with a page. I can't use the page until its fixed. They won't email me back, so I'm going to have to find a different app

L’application est super bien fait , elle est bien adaptée pour ce lancer dans un business qui demande une formulaire professionnelle personnalisée pour ces clients et puis le service client est super réactive, Mr Richcarde de POWR ma aider pour mettre correctement le plugin exactement ou je souhaiter et par la suite ma aussi envoyer par vidéo comment le faire soi-même , non seulement sa ma fais gagner du temps mais aussi des clients. Je suis quelqu’un qui generalement ne donne pas d’avis mais la sa méritais!

I have the pro version, but now i will delete the App. It needs 7-15 seconds until the lead form appears on the website. Which customer waits 15 seconds until it appears?

I installed Powr Form Builder to my stall and it's a great app, it is completely customizable, it will even send out an automated email that you can adjust so it says whatever you want. I had a bit of trouble with this part so I used their live chat feature and spoke with Richcarde and he was able to help me out. I would definitley recommended this app!

I tried almost every contract builder available, this is probably the best. In terms of appearance and ease of use, this is number 1 on my list. The performance is great but I think there is still room for improvement. Great customer service, they respond quick and resolved all of my issues.

a bit confusing and my form was saved incorrectly (asked for help and they confirmed it) but besides that seems okay il try learning how to use it a bit more and see how i like it with time

This is a great, and easy-to-use app. Honestly, I tried to build them without reading the instructions, so it took me a bit to learn how to use - but I love it!

POWR Forms are definitely the strongest functionally and aesthetically I have used on shopify. Richcarde was very helpful in helping me work through some theme capability issues.

By far best form builder in all ways (design, ease of use, support...) and also awesome support unlike the others. Had a really hard problem but got really good help from Richarde. While other form builders i had i really simple problem but couldnt get any help.
Definitly worth paying a little extra for this awesome application!

I needed an app for a Quote request as I offer customisation on my products. This App is amazing - so easy to use and it looks amazing on the website; very professional looking. It was so easy to navigate through and there are so many customisation options. It took me so long to find this one after trying so many which just looked bad!
