Easy to use plugin. Gives us all the options you need though would be nice if you could alter the address fields.

This form builder is easy (8 out of 10) , customizable (9 out of 10) and looks pretty good! I will leave another rating as my prospects use it.

Such and easy app to use and you can build some dynamic and eye capturing forms. If you need a form builder it is simple and effective.

I've used the app to add a contact page to my site which lets the user select which department they would like to contact..

In the section where you select whether a field is required or not, the resulting layout adds a red asterisk, it would be note to be able to adjust the colour of this.

Otherwise an an amazingly simple app, great work!
