It's not free! after you spend hours building the forms you notice a pricing at the top and then you find out that it's only free for 25 submissions and for basic capabilities only. Then you delete the app but you find out that you also have to remove your account from another website somewhere hidden in the settings of that website. By this time you would have wasted many hours and been charged at least once for nothing. So just don't.

So broken. So so broken. Tried to initially install the app three times and received the error "this element could not be loaded". Then I visited the site and it said the app was installed so I attempted to open the app through my site and got the same error twice. Then I tried to use the report a bug feature on their website and got the same error! I finally tried to just use the code from their page to create a form on my own. Well not only did it sometimes show two forms but sometimes it would show one form and the same error above it! Nope....nope....nope....

Just installed this app on my site and we'll see how it works. So far it's very easy to us. Will update in the future.

Great app, but i would like it and give it 5 stars if the form isnt pop up at its own once reaching the site or at least there is an option to change it.. would change it to 5 stars if this is fixed

So far I'm loving what I'm seeing. Very easy to use. Tested it. Works great. There are very smart premium features that work with Google Sheets and text alerts. I will probably upgrade to gain access to those features. I will say that the free account comes with distracting and even confusing messages that appear after a form is completed. Confusing to the form completer that is. When I did a test run, I saw a confirmation message "Received, thank you". However in larger more attention grabbing letters directly below, it read "This form was created with POWr. Create Your own" which was underlined and hyperlinked like a call to action. Nobody completing a form needs to be presented with a new hyperlink upon clicking "Submit." Anybody intelligent enough to need an online collection form will see subtle branding and know how to track down the company behind an amazing form experience they just had. However, the average online form filler outer may "not" be that web savvy and may think they have to take one more step to complete the form. I do not like that, so I'm only giving a 4/5 star rating.

Super easy to use - made a form in less than 10 minutes.
Don't love that support is only via email and seems to be on European timing. Otherwise, great!

Useful so far, videos online have been helpful. Their FAQ's responded to many of our questions and their website has all of the infromation you need.

Very easy to use. Easy to create nice forms and link them to other services like Mailchimp. Unfortunately the font selection is limited to Google's awful webfont collection, but that's a minor issue.

The app seemed to work well, easy to make forms, will continue to use and hope it works well for our business.
