Excellent Customer Service. Very quick reply and was able to have answers to a question straight away. Very happy with this app.
Thank you so much for the kind review! So glad we could get your questions answered quickly. Reach out anytime, always happy to help!
Mithsou and the rest of the team were extremely helpful. I had a very specific situation, with multiple steps that needed attention. I never had to re-explain my issue to anyone or deal with a brand new agent or even follow-up. When I got busy, Mithsou offered solutions, and fixed my issue quickly. Best customer service I have received in a while across ANY platform. Wish every team was the POWR team.
Thanks for the amazing review! Great to hear Mithsou and the team were able to handle everything smoothly without you having to repeat yourself. Really glad the support stood out.

Prompt response, very help full.
We are unable to delete old email addresses from the submission notifications. Because our email addresses are rather long, the screen cuts off the X that you would normally use to delete. How else can we delete an email?
Hi, thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear you're running into trouble removing email addresses from your submission notifications. Please reach out to us at support@powr.io and our team will be happy to help you get that sorted out!
Super quick service and very helpful to find the answers!
I have had several issues with this app. EVERY TIME I try to create a new form, I run into some kind of problem.
They do have a support team that tries to help, but the process is often slow, and the issues are usually with very basic things that should work without requiring technical support.
What is most frustrating is that when you are working on something time-sensitive, waiting for a call with an expert costs both time and money. I've spent hours troubleshooting issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in the first place.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app. I've experienced too many glitches and technical problems, and I believe there are simpler and more reliable alternatives available

Excellent form builder, for a reasonable price. Has everything we need such as branching logic and conditional fields. Integrates well with our storefront. Not complete bug-free but customer service has always quickly responded and solved our issues, which is nice!
Thank you so much for the kind review! We're really glad the Form Builder is working well for your storefront and that features like branching logic and conditional fields are hitting the mark for you.

Very helpful and useful app that integrates with our website. Perfect to receive data points from submitted forms. Integrates well with Google Sheets.

We’ve been using POWR Form Builder in our Shopify store and while form issues and a subscription hiccup set us back briefly, the support team was exceptional. They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks.
The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. Definitely worth considering if you want both a capable form builder and support that doesn’t ghost you.
Hi there,
Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We really appreciate you highlighting both sides of the experience and we’re glad our team was able to step in quickly and get everything fully restored for you.
It means a lot to hear that our support made the difference when things went sideways. That’s exactly what we aim for. We’re also happy to know the Form Builder’s flexibility and integrations are serving your Shopify store well.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, and if you ever need help down the road, we’ll be right here.
